Shipping + Returns

It takes 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.). Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, but the info below should help.

97.66% of orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

All products are designed in Toronto, Ontario, but they are produced and shipped from Los Angeles, California. There are plenty of shipping options both with tracking and without. If the shipping option is visible, that means it’s available for you.

Sometimes the return process can be a little complicated, so before you make a purchase, please look at the product’s corresponding size chart to get the right size you want the first time.

SOME PRODUCTS MIGHT BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY

Each item that is shipped may have different delivery times, this is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. So, shipping prices are cumulative.

CUSTOMS FEES NOTICE

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. If you do incur any customs fees, please send a copy of your receipt from that payment, and you will be reimbursed.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that because we don’t hold inventory of our products, all sales are final. Before deciding that you’d like to return for the reasons below, please send an email to hello@torontosupply.co so the problem can be resolved properly.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. You are responsible for covering any shipping fees when returning an item.

REASONS FOR RETURN

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the main facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the main facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
